Hi, my name is Jennifer. I am just an awkward lady in my 30’s trying to get my shit together. This Organized Confetti blog is where I will be sharing my experiences with fun new ideas and projects while I try and get my life in order and figure out who the hell I want to be. You can expect to find simple posts like recipes or DIY projects, but also more in-depth posts about changes I’m making to better my life.
If you are looking for beautiful examples of the perfect person and their perfect life, well you are shit out of luck. Nothing but regular old imperfection here!
Surely there are other “regular” people out there just trying to do their best and find their happy like I am, right!?
Join me on this journey and maybe we can find our happy together!

Why Organized Confetti?
haha, ok fine! Originally it was the name I came up with for an Etsy shop I had in my early 20’s. I was making all sorts of random stuff and wanted a name that was whimsical and flexible enough that I could sell whatever I wanted. The Etsy store did not work out for me but I have always been attached to the name. I quickly snatched up the domain name as well as the username on various websites just knowing that I would turn it into something in the future. A blog was something I thought about often, but I always felt too awkward and inexperienced to start one. Then I finally thought, “Fuck it! Just go for it!”
So here I am with a bunch of my random ideas I have, projects I want to try, and thoughts I want to share just being tossed into the world in the form of a blog. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s about right for me.
Sometimes life feels like I’m trying to organize confetti.
