Sometimes it can be so hard to start the week off in a good mood. It’s like the moment you wake up on Monday, the previous week is just wiped clean and it was all for nothing. Personally, this can send my brain in one of two ways. Some weeks I am so excited for the weekly reset and I wake up motivated and ambitious! More often than I like though, I feel so overwhelmed with another week full of shit I hate and not enough time for the things I love that it’s cranky town for the next 5-7 days.
In an effort to not let the shitty parts of the previous week consume me, I thought it would be great to focus instead on a few things I loved!
